o Establish and manage new milk societies and collection centers, ensuring theirregistration and certification.o Devise and implement protocols for clean milk production, collection, and handlingacross the supply chain.o Oversee logistics for milk collection, transportation, and delivery, ensuringagreements with vendors are up-to-date.
o Deploy, train, and develop field teams to ensure smooth milk procurementoperations.
o Prepare and manage annual and quarterly budgets for procurement activities.o Develop proposals for approval related to procurement and input initiatives.
o Register and manage various vendors, including local traders and private milksuppliers.o Define norms, terms, and conditions to sustain milk procurement operations.
o Implement quality assurance practices throughout the supply chain.o Ensure adherence to safety and security standards at collection centers and bulk milkcoolers.
o Analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize procurement operations.
o Coordinate with service providers to manage equipment, machinery, and IT systemsfor seamless operations.
