Remote, IndiaJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Middleware Engineer to join the dynamic team at International Oil Trading Co. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing middleware architecture to streamline and improve communication between SaaS, in-house applications, and on-premise commercial package solutions within the commodity trading domain.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement Azure Microservices and SSIS-based solutions.- Develop API​/​Webservices to facilitate efficient middleware communication.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems.- Address and adapt to changing requirements with agility and precision.- Ensure technical excellence and robust data structure implementations.Key Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.- Strong knowledge of middleware and data structure concepts.- Proficiency in Azure Microservices and SSIS.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Proven ability to work productively and independently.Success Factors:- Demonstrated understanding of key middleware concepts from the outset.- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.- Quick adaptation to team dynamics and project requirements.- Consistent delivery of high-quality, well-documented code.Challenges:- Navigating unclear requirements and evolving project needs.- Maintaining agility in a high-velocity project environment.Selection Criteria:- Relevant educational background and professional experience.- Technical expertise in middleware engineering.- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.Application Process:Interested candidates should submit a resume detailing their experience and qualifications.
