Middleware Specialist

The Middleware Specialist position based in Pune requires 5 to 6 years of experience in middleware management. As a Middleware Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include application restart and log purging activities, managing communication with OEM, monitoring applications, addressing VA open points as per SOP, implementing middleware application security and bug patching, performing resource monitoring, leading Disaster Recovery activities, managing applications on DR environments, installing and configuring middleware products, deploying middleware, conducting performance and health checks, backing up middleware components, managing server certificates, and performing non-prod refreshes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with middleware technologies, specifically Oracle Weblogic, JBoss, Microsoft IIS, and Oracle Forms. The desired skills for this role include 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Middleware Management. Additionally, willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment and prior experience in BFSI accounts are considered value-added attributes, as they provide a better understanding of the domain.
