As an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at Adecco Middle East, you will play a crucial role in the Technology team. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, creating talent acquisition strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing requirements. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in recruiting IT professionals in areas like software engineering, cybersecurity, data science, and infrastructure. Successful candidates will work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, devise recruitment strategies, and identify, screen, and select top talent for available positions. You will be responsible for handling the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding processes. Collaborating with hiring managers is essential to comprehend their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans. Your role will involve identifying and attracting top IT talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals. Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and coordinating interviews will be part of your day-to-day tasks. Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline is a key aspect of the role. You will leverage various sourcing methods to ensure a diverse pool of candidates, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication. Employer branding activities will be conducted to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and implementing data-driven enhancements will be crucial. You will advocate for diversity and inclusion practices, ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance talent acquisition processes continually. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 4-5 years of talent acquisition experience in IT is required, coupled with a strong understanding of IT domains. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and knowledge of employment laws are essential.
