Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python, or Ruby with experience in building RESTful APIs are a must. A solid understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL, and integration techniques is required. Experience working in agile teams with excellent collaboration and communication skills in an on-site setting is essential. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
