Role Purpose

We are hiring for one of our prime clients a Microsoft Systems Specialist to design, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra ID environments across global operations. The role focuses on secure cloud infrastructure, identity management, compliance, and collaboration platforms to support business productivity and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments
• Design and implement identity, access, and security controls including MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP
• Lead migrations and deployments across cloud and hybrid environments
• Support enterprise collaboration platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Monitor service health, security alerts, and system performance
• Collaborate with information security, infrastructure, and business teams
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing

Essential Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Intune, and security tooling
• Strong expertise in identity, authentication, authorization, and compliance controls
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capability
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

Desirable Experience

• Education or LMS platform integration experience
• Cross-tenant and multi-region cloud environments
• Virtual desktop infrastructure and firewall configuration exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Master’s degree is an advantage

Additional Information

• Candidates must be

• Occasional after-hours support may be required and will be

  managed through planned rotations or compensation policies

• The role involves handling confidential systems and data
