Job Title: Microsoft SSIS Developer (Python exposure is plus)Location: Pune 3 Days/Week (Hybrid)Experience: 5+ Years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior SSIS Developer with 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining SSIS packages for data integration and ETL processes. Python knowledge is a plus and will be leveraged for data validation, transformation, or automation tasks.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Optimize and troubleshoot existing SSIS packages and SQL Server procedures.Collaborate with data analysts, DBAs, and other developers to understand data requirements and deliver clean, efficient ETL solutions.Schedule and monitor SSIS jobs and ensure error handling and logging are in place.Use Python scripts where appropriate for automation, data manipulation, or validation tasks.Participate in data migration and data warehousing initiatives.Document data flows, ETL processes, and maintain version control.Required Skills:5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SSIS and SQL Server (T-SQL).Strong understanding of ETL best practices, data modelling, and database performance tuning.Experience working with large datasets and complex data transformations.Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills in SSIS.Good to Have:Working knowledge of Python for scripting, data handling, or integration with other tools.Experience with other Microsoft BI tools (SSRS, SSAS).Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or other cloud-based ETL tools.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies & JIRA.CI/CDEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Certifications (Optional but Preferred):Microsoft Certified: Data Engineer Associate or similar
