Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Monitor network performance and ensure uptime.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
Support end-users with network access problems.
Document network changes and maintain logs.
Coordinate with vendors and senior network engineers for escalated issues.
Ensure compliance with network security policies.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Familiarity with network hardware and cabling.
Knowledge of network monitoring tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
