Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Mandatory Skills: MECM + OSD

JD:

8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure , specifically in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)Server-side Troubleshooting/Workflow for legacy packagesMECM infrastructure & Windows OS in large enterprise environmentExperience in managing infrastructure
Windows OS, SQL Database Patching MS Updates/Troubleshooting Region Wise, WSUS Synchronisation.
Setting Up and Managing Multi Site/Level hierarchy (complex env)SQL/DRS replication, OSD Task SequenceL3 or above support expLevel 300 or above knowledge levelStrong interpersonal skills & good customer service skills.
CCM Client installation workflow & troubleshooting server logs and client logs.Enthusiasm for new technologies and change
