We at Coforge are hiring D365 CE CRM Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This includes managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Project.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Experience:

• 7–10 years of IT project management experience.
• Strong Experience with CRM implementations (preferably MS D365).
• Background in computer science, business, or related field.
• Experience working with clients across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project costs and ensure adherence to budget.
• Team & Stakeholder Management
• Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and regular project updates.
• Oversee CRM system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Coordinate environment and release management.
• Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Prepare project status reports and post-project evaluations.
• Manage contracts and vendor deliverables.
