• Provide training, user support, and maintain high user adoption rates.
Extensive experience (At least 7+ years) in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Finance, Operations, and related modules) support environments.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
• Technical proficiency in troubleshooting D365, understanding platform customizations, and integrating ISV solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL, C#, JavaScript, .NET, or relevant development and scripting languages for D365. • Experience with data management, reporting, analytics, and Azure Cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, JIRA, MS Project etc. Additional Competencies
• Proficiency in ITIL or other service management frameworks (optional but preferred).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and project lifecycles.
• Experience developing and enforcing support documentation, training materials, and system guides.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in support operations
