Experience Required:

Role Description

This is a temporary remote role for a Microsoft Copilot Trainer. The Microsoft Copilot Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering customized training programs for enterprise clients. Daily tasks include developing training materials, conducting virtual and in-person training sessions, and providing support to trainees. The trainer will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure content accuracy and relevancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs on:

- Copilot in Microsoft 365 Apps

- Microsoft Copilot Studio

- Azure AI Foundry

• Conduct live and virtual workshops, webinars, and hands-on labs for enterprise clients.
• Showcase

  real-world use cases and best practices

  across industries to demonstrate Copilot capabilities.
• Develop and maintain

  assessment preparation materials

  , including practice tests and simulations for certification readiness.
• Customize training content to align with client goals, industry standards, and evolving Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to stay updated on feature releases and roadmap changes.
• Provide post-training support, feedback collection, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or equivalent credentials.
• Deep understanding of

  Microsoft 365 Apps

  and

  Copilot integrations

  .
• Experience with

  Copilot Studio

  for building and deploying custom copilots.
• Hands-on knowledge of

  Azure AI Foundry

  and generative AI workflows.
• Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills.
• Experience training

  enterprise clients

  across diverse sectors.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
