Duration: 4 months

Location: remote

Project Overview:

4-month timeline with 4 developers
Two distinct workstreams apart of the delivery:
Talent acquisition automation
Copilot agents and workflow automation
Automated meeting requests/scheduling
Candidate application summaries to hiring managers
LinkedIn candidate sourcing
Help desk automation
Distribution list modifications
Contractor account renewals
AI-based automation solutions
Microsoft stack focus: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Copilot Studio
Iterative deliveries throughout 4 months, not single end delivery

Musts:

Hands on/real world Copilot development experience

Strong coding experience

Copilot Studio experience

Strong understanding of Copilot best practices
