Microsoft Consultant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Consultant to provide expert guidance and implementation support for Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and .NET solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and business efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Assess business needs and provide strategic consultation on Microsoft technologies.Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop tailored solutions.Provide technical leadership in cloud migrations, system integrations, and application development.Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in Microsoft technology implementations.Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers for end-users and IT teams.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance.Stay updated with the latest Microsoft trends, updates, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Proven experience as a Microsoft Consultant, Cloud Architect, or similar role.Strong expertise in Azure services, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.Hands-on experience with .NET development, SQL Server, and Active Directory.Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, M365 Certified, Power Platform) are a plus.
