Microsoft 365 / Cloud Intern

M365 Cloud Engineers

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing

  Microsoft 365 services

  , including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Support

  device and application management

  through Intune and SCCM co-management.
• Help configure and monitor

  security policies

  such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), conditional access, and compliance rules.
• Provide

  end-user support

  for email, Teams, SharePoint access, OneDrive sync, and device onboarding.
• Participate in

  application deployment, patch management, and troubleshooting

  for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Contribute to

  automation initiatives

  by learning and assisting with PowerShell scripting.
• Collaborate in

  hybrid environment troubleshooting

  , working across on-premise and cloud-based systems.
• Document processes, track issues via ticketing systems, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Preferred Skills / Knowledge Areas

• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Familiarity with concepts like

  mobile device management (MDM), BYOD, and cloud identity

  .
• Interest in

  security and compliance policies

  within enterprise IT.
• Exposure to

  PowerShell scripting

  is an advantage.
• Good analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
