Lead modernization and development of COBOL applications using Micro Focus tools.

Design and implement end-to-end COBOL solutions with Enterprise Developer and Server.

Modernize legacy systems by integrating with .NET, Java, and cloud platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration.

Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and deliver tailored COBOL solutions.

Optimize performance, manage code quality, and apply DevOps practices.

Mentor junior developers and enforce coding and documentation standards.

Your Profile

412 years of experience in Micro Focus COBOL.

Proven expertise in COBOL development, migration, and support.

Strong grasp of legacy systems, batch processing, and transactions.

Hands-on with Enterprise Developer, Server, and Visual COBOL.

Skilled in client engagement, training, and project delivery.
