Lead modernization and development of COBOL applications using Micro Focus tools.

Design and implement end-to-end COBOL solutions with Enterprise Developer and Server.

Modernize legacy systems by integrating with .NET, Java, and cloud platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration.

Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and deliver tailored COBOL solutions.

Optimize performance, manage code quality, and apply DevOps practices.

Mentor junior developers and enforce coding and documentation standards.

Your Profile

4 to 12years of experience in Microfocus Cobol

Proven experience in Micro Focus COBOL development, migration, and support projects.

Strong understanding of legacy systems, batch processing, and transaction management.

Hands-on experience with tools like Enterprise Developer, Enterprise Server, and Visual COBOL.

Ability to lead client engagements, conduct training sessions, and manage project deliverables effectively.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
