Microbiology - Executive ( Reviewer)

Job Profile

• Supervise daily operations of the microbiology laboratory, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct investigations of microbiological deviations, implementing corrective actions and preventative measures as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and compliance.
• Prepare and review documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare protocol, report and review of Analytical Method Validation and Analytical Method Verification data.
• Microbiological analysis of water and its documentation.
• Microbial limit test of Raw materials, finished products, Packing material and stability samples
• Sterility test of Raw materials, finished products, Packing material and stability samples
• Microbiological Assay of Raw materials, finished products, Packing material and stability samples
• Preparation of trend for environmental monitoring and water analysis.
• Environmental monitoring and its documentation.
• Preservative efficacy test of finish product.
• To carry out sterility, MLT and Bioassay test method validation with reporting.
• Maintaining microbial cultures and its documentation.
