-Job Title: MICE Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our travel company as a MICE Sales Manager. This role encompasses responsibility for both nurturing existing corporate relationships and driving new business opportunities in Delhi/Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage existing corporate relationships to source and manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business. Identify, approach, and establish relationships with new corporate clients to expand the company's MICE portfolio. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to capitalize on market opportunities. Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure business deals. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement process. Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field.
Minimum of 3-6 years of proven experience in MICE sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Established network and relationships within the corporate sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
