MICE Operations Executive

As a MICE and Tourism Operations Executive at House of Vacation India Pvt Ltd., your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end operations for both domestic and international MICE and tourism activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing all aspects of MICE and tourism operations, such as event planning, travel arrangements, accommodations, and on-site logistics for domestic and international groups. - Coordinating with suppliers, venues, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of events and travel plans. - Escorting groups on tours to ensure smooth operations and addressing any issues in real-time. - Monitoring project budgets and expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Preparing detailed costings for domestic and international travel packages, negotiating with suppliers, and developing customized quotations aligned with client needs. - Identifying and finalizing partnerships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) for various destinations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships. - Managing visa application processes for clients, coordinating with embassies, and preparing necessary travel documentation. - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, and conducting follow-ups post-travel or event. - Collaborating with internal teams to align on client needs, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. - Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, and mitigating potential risks associated with travel and events. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in MICE operations, tourism, or related fields. - Strong knowledge of travel logistics, visa processing, and documentation. - Proven experience in cost management, vendor negotiation, and DMC coordination. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
