META Travel Sales Consultant (US)

If you are a high-energy, result-driven Travel Sales Consultant having prior experience in international travel sales (especially US travel), and know your way around GDS systems like Amadeus, this role is for you.

Role & responsibilities

• Understand customer travel requirements, flight dates, destinations, preferences and provide suitable options.
  
• Use GDS (Amadeus) to search fares, check availability, book and issue tickets, manage cancellations/reschedules as required.
  
• Upsell and cross-sell ancillary services (seat upgrades, extra baggage, travel insurance, etc.) to maximize revenue per booking.
  
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.
  
• Maintain high standards of customer service, clear communication, accurate information on fare rules, travel policies, cancellations, and refunds.
  
• Follow up with customers as needed; manage bookings from enquiry to ticketing to after-sales support.
  
• Update records in CRM / booking systems; track conversions, tickets issued, cancellations, refunds, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous experience in US/International travel sales, especially handling META/PPC leads or similar processes.
  
• Proficiency in GDS Amadeus (preferred) or similar flight reservation systems.
  
• Excellent English communication (both spoken and written), ability to handle US-based clients via voice/process calls.
  
• Strong sales mindset: target-driven, persuasive, closing-oriented, good negotiation skills.
  
• Comfortable working night shifts (US process timing).
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple bookings / customers simultaneously.
