Role Overview

Meta Suite Intern

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads and Instagram Ads

• Assist in setting up, launching, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Support audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and share insights with the team.

Instagram Content and Page Management

• Schedule posts, reels, and stories through Meta Business Suite.
• Coordinate creative delivery and ensure timely publishing.
• Track engagement and prepare weekly summaries.

WhatsApp broadcast and CRM

• Manage WhatsApp broadcast lists and help schedule message campaigns.
• Set up template-based communications and maintain contact lists.
• Track opens, responses, and user actions to improve future broadcasts.

Meta Suite Business Operations

• Manage page roles, asset settings, catalogs, and permissions.
• Monitor inboxes, comments, and community interactions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all Meta surfaces.

Reporting and Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify optimisation opportunities based on data trends.
• Present insights that help guide marketing decisions.

Required Skills

• Understanding of Meta Ads Manager is a plus (not mandatory).
• Strong interest in performance marketing & social media.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask.
• Comfortable using Excel/Sheets for reporting.
• Students pursuing degrees in Marketing, Business, Media, or similar fields.
• Prior experience in ads, social media, or CRM tools is an advantage.
