Meta Performance Marketing Specialist – Mobile Covers

We are a fast-growing brand specializing in premium and stylish mobile covers. With a strong focus on e-commerce, we are looking to scale our digital presence and drive consistent ROI through performance marketing on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Drive customer acquisition, conversions, and retention with measurable ROI.
• Create, test, and scale ad creatives, copy, and audience strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager updates, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Meta performance marketing (Facebook & Instagram).
• Strong knowledge of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Hands-on experience with pixel setup, events, and data-driven optimization.
• Expertise in scaling e-commerce campaigns, preferably in fashion/accessories/mobile products.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
