Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist (SMO) based in Pune. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media advertising campaigns to drive user engagement and achieve client objectives. Daily tasks include researching audience preferences, developing effective strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns for better results. Collaboration with the design and marketing teams to create engaging content and staying updated on marketing trends are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Social Media Campaign Management
• Skills in Campaign Analysis, Performance Tracking, and Data-Driven Decision Making
• Creativity and expertise in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Ad Design strategies
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Paid Media techniques
• Experience with target audience analysis, market research, and identifying key insights
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and team collaboration abilities
• Proven experience in managing social media advertising budgets effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or relevant work experience
• Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook certification are a plus
