Meta Ads Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Meta Ads Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns to enhance engagement, conversions, and revenue for our clients. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Meta's advertising platform, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of executing successful campaigns. Qualifications: - At least 1 year of experience in managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. - Demonstrated success in delivering effective Meta ad campaigns with quantifiable results. - Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other Meta advertising tools. - Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions. - Effective written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex information clearly. - Capability to work independently or as part of a team, showcasing strong time management and organizational skills. - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads. - Knowledge of A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies. - Understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools. - Creative flair and ability to collaborate effectively with designers and copywriters. This is a full-time, permanent position with day, fixed, and morning shifts available. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Prior experience with Meta Ads is required, along with a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in English is a must.
