Are you a performance-driven marketer who thrives on turning ad spend into real results? We’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to join us & help us scale lead generation and sales through Meta platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for performance.

• Build and manage audience strategies: custom, lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based.

• Work closely with the creative team for ad copy and visual execution.

• Track key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and continuously improve campaign performance.

• Run A/B tests and analyze results to fine-tune campaigns.

• Stay ahead of Meta’s ad policies, platform updates, and performance trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-6+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.

• Proven track record in performance marketing (especially lead generation).

• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.

• 📌 Bonus point if you have experience generating real estate leads through Meta platforms – that’s a big plus!

• Exposure to D2C, e-commerce, or service-based businesses is an advantage.
