About the Role

Digital Cappuccino is looking for a creative and detail-driven Video Editor with a strong portfolio in product video content. From eCommerce reels and unboxing videos to product explainers and ad creatives, you'll play a key role in creating scroll-stopping visual content that brings products to life and drives engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

Edit high-quality videos focused on products—ads, reels, promos, demos, tutorials, and social content

Enhance videos with smooth transitions, music, text overlays, motion graphics, and color grading

Work closely with product teams, designers, and marketers to align content with brand goals

Create platform-optimized content for Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc.

Organize assets, manage revisions, and deliver final videos on deadline

Stay on top of trends in product video styles, transitions, and editing techniques

Requirements

Proven experience editing product-based content (reels, promos, eComm ads, etc.)

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

Good understanding of lighting, pacing, and visual rhythm

Strong eye for clean product presentation and storytelling through visuals

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Bonus Skills

Basic motion graphics or product animation skills

Experience in editing for D2C brands or Shopify-based eCommerce businesses

Thumbnail design

Product shoot knowledge is a plus
