What You’ll Do:

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert who can drive large-scale e-commerce sales and manage high-budget campaigns with proven results.

Your key responsibilities will include:
✅ Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for high ROI
✅ Develop and implement funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF) to maximize conversions
✅ Research and create audience segmentation strategies for premium customers
✅ Handle ₹1 crore+ monthly sales campaigns with data-driven optimization
✅ Create and test creative ad copies, hooks, and offers that align with our brand tone
✅ Track, analyze, and report campaign performance regularly✅ Research new growth opportunities, trends, and innovative strategies in e-commerce advertising✅ Collaborate with creative & content teams to implement ad ideas effectively

What You Need:

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Meta Ads & performance marketing
✔ Must have managed ₹1 crore+ monthly sales accounts for any e-commerce brand
✔ Strong expertise in TOF, MOF, BOF funnel building & audience segmentation
✔ Deep knowledge of A/B testing, scaling strategies, and ROAS optimization
✔ Strong analytical & research skills to identify opportunities and scale campaigns✔ Experience in jewelry or luxury brand advertising (preferred)
✔ Proven track record in e-commerce growth & conversions
✔ Must be consistent, data-driven, and innovative in approach
