At “Plumm Ads”, we're searching for a skilled PPC Specialist in Google Ads to join our

dynamic team in Delhi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving efficiency and

maximizing ROI through the creation, management, and expansion of search arbitrage

campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize search arbitrage campaigns on Meta Ads.
• Conduct audience/competitor research and identify arbitrage opportunities.
• Scale profitable campaigns with efficient budget allocation and bidding strategies.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, placements, and landing pages.
• Analyze performance data and implement strategic optimizations.
• Maintain daily profitability and ensure campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and dev teams for funnel optimization.
• Track key KPIs and provide performance reports.

Requirements :

• 2–5 years of Meta Ads experience (Search Arbitrage).
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Pixel setup, and audience building.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics.
• Excellent understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models, and funnel performance.
