As a Meta Ads & Search Arbitrage Specialist at Plumm Ads, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing search arbitrage campaigns on Meta Ads. Your role is crucial in driving efficiency and maximizing ROI through managing and expanding campaigns across various platforms. Your key responsibilities will include conducting audience and competitor research to identify arbitrage opportunities, scaling profitable campaigns with efficient budget allocation and bidding strategies, running A/B tests on creatives, placements, and landing pages, analyzing performance data to implement strategic optimizations, maintaining daily profitability, and ensuring campaign efficiency. Collaboration with creative, analytics, and development teams for funnel optimization is essential, along with tracking key KPIs and providing performance reports. To qualify for this role, you must have at least 2-5 years of experience in Meta Ads, specifically in Search Arbitrage. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Pixel setup, and audience building is required. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics, are necessary. An excellent understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models, and funnel performance is also essential.
