🚀 **We’re Hiring: Meta Ads Manager**

📍 **Location:** Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad

We’re a growing brand in photography & videography accessories 🎥✨ — from tripods and lights to camera supports.

We’re looking for a **Meta Ads Manager (minimum 2 years’ experience)** to help us scale our brand through high-performing ad campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.

**What you’ll do:**

📈 Plan, launch & optimise Meta ad campaigns across funnels

🎯 Build performance-driven strategies for leads, sales & retargeting

🔍 Conduct audience research & competitor analysis

📊 Analyse campaign data and report ROI & performance metrics

🤝 Work closely with the creative team to develop ad creatives & copies

**What we’re looking for:**

✅ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads

✅ Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding & targeting

✅ Proven ability to scale campaigns & improve ROAS

✅ Data-driven mindset with performance marketing experience

💼 **Competitive salary — based on experience**

🎯 Knowledge of photography products is a plus
