Job Description

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Meta Ads Intern to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn performance marketing and gain hands-on experience with Meta’s ad ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns Conduct audience research and competitor analysis A/B test creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies Monitor ad performance and compile weekly reports Work with the creative team to suggest visuals and copy improvements Stay updated with Meta Ads best practices and updates Requirements Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager Strong interest in digital marketing and paid media Good analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bonus: Experience with Canva, Google Sheets, or any analytics tools What You'll Learn How to set up and optimize Meta ad campaigns from scratch Strategies to improve ROAS and reduce ad Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
