Logistics Coordinator

As a Logistics Executive at Bioleathers, your role will involve efficiently managing and optimizing both domestic and international shipping operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Overseeing order dispatches and liaising with courier partners. - Maintaining accurate inventory records. - Ensuring prompt and cost-effective deliveries to global B2B and D2C customers. You will be tasked with managing end-to-end logistics for swatch cards, yardage orders, and samples. This will involve coordinating with courier partners like Blue Dart, DTDC, and DHL for pickups and deliveries. Tracking shipments closely and proactively addressing any delays or issues will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, handling documentation for both domestic and international shipments will be part of your routine tasks, including invoices, AWBs, and commercial invoices. Furthermore, maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating packing materials and warehouse activities (if applicable), and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment from WooCommerce and other manual channels will be essential. You will collaborate closely with the sales and customer support teams to provide a seamless delivery experience to customers. Negotiating rates with vendors and effectively managing logistics costs will also be key responsibilities. In this part-time or internship role with a contract length of 6 months, you are expected to dedicate 20 hours per week.
