Logistics Coordinator

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and streamline Bioleather’s domestic and international shipping operations. You will oversee order dispatches, coordinate with courier partners, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries to our B2B and D2C customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics for swatch cards, yardage orders, and samples
• Coordinate with courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL, etc.) for pickup and delivery
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Handle documentation for domestic and international shipments (invoice, AWB, commercial invoice, etc.)
• Maintain stock levels, packing material, and warehouse coordination (if applicable)
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment from WooCommerce and manual channels
• Collaborate with sales and customer support for smooth delivery experience
• Negotiate rates and manage logistics cost-effectiveness
• Maintain Excel records for shipping, returns, and courier reconciliation

Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
