Meta Ads Intern

Role Overview: At Pear Media LLC, a global performance marketing agency, we are looking for an Intern for Meta & Google Platforms based in Noida Sector 6. You will play a key role in planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) & Google Ads. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking performance metrics, conducting competitor and market research, and assisting the media buying team in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Support in planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) & Google Ads. - Track performance metrics and prepare analytical reports. - Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities. - Assist the media buying team with day-to-day operations. - Maintain accurate campaign data and documentation. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of digital marketing basics. - Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads is an advantage. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Open to working evening/night shifts (6:30 PM - 3:00 AM). - Fresh graduates or final-year students in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
