Meta Ads Intern

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Management

• Assist in creating and launching Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Support in audience creation, targeting, and budget allocation
• Upload creatives, ad copies, and product catalogs

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor daily campaign performance across metrics like CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve results
• Prepare weekly performance reports

Creative Strategy & Collaboration

• Brainstorm creative ideas for ads and reels
• Coordinate with the design/content teams for visuals and ad copies
• Stay updated with Meta Ads best practices and fashion marketing trends

Market & Competitor Research

• Study competitor ads and industry trends
• Analyze customer behavior and insights from campaigns

Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager
Strong interest in digital marketing and fashionAnalytical mindset with good Excel/Google Sheets skillsCreativity in communication and understanding of social media trendsAbility to work on multiple projects and meet deadlinesPrior internship or coursework in marketing (added advantage)
