Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Intern based in Jaipur. As a Meta Ads Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation, optimization, and management of Meta ad campaigns. Your day-to-day tasks will include researching trends, analyzing campaign performance, creating ad content, and collaborating with the team to develop effective strategies. You will also be supporting lead generation and conversion analysis efforts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Meta ad platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including lead generation and conversion analysis
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering successful lead generation and e‑commerce campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
• Excellent understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
• Experience with retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike audience campaigns.
• Ability to manage large ad budgets efficiently.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
