Role Overview:

We are seeking a Meta Ads Lead Generation Expert with a strong background in creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in lead generation strategies, ad optimization, and scaling campaigns for maximum ROI — especially within the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage lead generation campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
• Develop audience strategies, ad creatives, and funnel structures to maximize conversion rates.
• Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Custom Audiences, and Conversion Tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize ads for CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, placements, and ad formats.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align ads with brand goals.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on Meta Ads policies, trends, and best practices in paid media.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook) Ads lead generation.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality leads and achieving target CPLs.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
• Experience working in the EdTech or training industry preferred.
• Proficient with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Meta Blueprint Certification is an added advantage.
