Meta Ads Expert

About the Role

We're looking for a Meta Ads Expert with deep, hands-on expertise in Facebook & Instagram advertising. This role demands a strong strategic mindset, full-funnel understanding, and the ability to execute and scale high-impact campaigns.

As a Meta Ads Expert, you'll be directly responsible for building and managing performance-driven campaigns, analyzing performance data, and owning client growth metric.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Develop and implement data-driven performance strategies
• Set up tracking infrastructure (Pixel, Conversion API, custom events)
• Create and optimize custom audiences and retargeting funnels
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare insights, and present reports
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams for ad copy and visuals
• Execute A/B tests, allocate budgets, and scale winning campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with Meta platform changes, ad policies, and best practices

Requirements

• Expertise1+ year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (strategy + execution)
• Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, pixel setup, attribution models
• Strong command of conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, Events Manager)
• Proven ability to scale campaigns and hit performance KPIs
• Strong analytical skills and performance reporting capabilities
• Experience with eCommerce, D2C, or high-velocity service-based campaigns (preferred)
