Role Overview

Meta Ads Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize high-performing campaigns on

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

• Conduct detailed

  audience and keyword research

  to improve targeting and reach
• Run

  A/B tests

  on creatives, copy, and targeting for better performance
• Monitor and optimize

  budgets, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA

  , and other key metrics
• Collaborate with creative/content teams to guide ad visuals and messaging
• Analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities and scale efficiently
• Stay updated with the latest ad features, policies, and platform trends
• Deliver clear, actionable performance reports to internal stakeholders or clients

Requirements

• Proven experience with

  Meta Ads Manager

• Strong knowledge of performance metrics and

  conversion funnels

• Experience managing and scaling

  high ad spends

  effectively
• Familiarity with Meta Events Manager, and pixel/tracking setups
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
