Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert who has hands-on experience managing and scaling Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering measurable results through strategic ad execution and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Create and optimize lead generation, traffic, and conversion campaigns
• Research, build, and test custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences
• Monitor daily performance (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and optimize accordingly
• Coordinate with design & content teams for high-performing creatives
• A/B test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Track and analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager & reports
• Scale winning campaigns and manage ad budgets effectively

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads
• Proven track record with performance data or case studies
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting & ad funnels
• Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work from office (WFO)
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Bonus / Plus Points

• Experience with PPC campaigns (Google Ads – Search & Display)
• Understanding of landing page optimization & conversion rate improvement
