Brand Monkey is a creative and performance-driven digital marketing agency helping brands achieve their online growth goals. We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert who can create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to generate maximum ROI for our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to meet client objectives.

• Conduct audience research and segment targeting for precise ad delivery.

• Write compelling ad copies and select engaging creatives.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for better results.

• Manage ad budgets and ensure cost-effective conversions.

• Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements.

• Stay updated with Meta advertising policies and digital marketing trends.

• Prepare performance reports and present them to clients or management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–2 years of proven experience in running and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and analytics tools.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.

• Creative mindset for ad copies and visuals.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
