Your responsibilities involve crafting compelling ad copy, conceptualizing creative ad formats including video ads and visual storytelling elements, and creating engaging video scripts that effectively communicate the unique selling propositions of healthcare services. Collaboration with web developers to optimize landing pages that complement Meta ads for improved conversion rates is an essential aspect of your role. Monitoring and optimizing campaigns to enhance ROI through metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall performance is key. Client communication plays a vital role as you provide regular updates on campaign performance, strategize improvements, and work on brand awareness and remarketing campaigns to increase clinic visibility and patient acquisition. Utilizing analytics tools to track ad performance and make data-driven decisions, along with assisting in client onboarding by explaining ad strategies and expected outcomes clearly, are integral parts of your responsibilities. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Meta ads management, preferably within the healthcare sector, strong creative thinking ability, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Meta Business Suite, CRM software, and analytics platforms are required qualifications for this role.
