Job Description

Achyutam Technology is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Meta Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns to achieve business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions
• Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
• Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and call-to-action strategies
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, and placements
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
• Track and improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
• Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives
• Ensure proper Meta Pixel setup and conversion tracking
• Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithm updates, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structures
• Knowledge of targeting options, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences
• Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
• Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and funnels
• Ability to analyze data and take data-driven decisions
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-commerce or service-based campaigns
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts
