Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for messaging and collaboration platforms.
• Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Purview.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Automate routine operations and reporting through PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 roadmap developments and proactively recommend enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client governance policies using Microsoft Purview features such as DLP, eDiscovery, and retention policies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—including Security, Identity, Network, and Service Desk—to ensure seamless and secure service delivery.
  

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 messaging technologies, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong experience on Conditional Access, Azure AD, and identity protection management.
• Deployment knowledge of Microsoft Purview and its compliance capabilities.
• Experience on DLP and auto labelling policies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Experience working in a Managed Services or multi-tenant environment.
• Experience with hybrid Exchange environments and migrations
• To set up app registration in Azure Identity and configure permissions
• Configure email security with DMARC, SPF, And DKIM records.
• Experience on Inbound and Outbound connectors
• Deep understanding on MS protocols, authentication and authorization.
• Deep understanding on SMTP mail relay functionality
• Experience on messaging policies(Meeting and app)
• In-depth knowledge on B2B collaboration and B2B direct connect
• Experience on AD sync setup and management
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-700, MS-203, SC-300, or equivalent

• Is not willing to be part of 24/7 shift Schedule
• Never worked in the Managed Services / Support Environment
• Never worked with International Clients and conducted or managed review meetings.
