Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a MERN Stack Technical Lead, located in Pune, with partial remote work options. As a Technical Lead, you will oversee the complete software development lifecycle, manage project timelines, and lead a team of developers. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and deploying scalable MERN stack applications, along with writing clean, well-documented, and reusable code. You will conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on emerging web technologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Hands-on experience in front-end development, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency in building APIs, integrating third-party libraries, and RESTful services
• Experience in leading technical teams, designing scalable applications, and reviewing code
• Problem-solving skills, debugging experience, and proficiency in performance optimization
• Strong communication, team collaboration skills, and adaptability to a hybrid work model
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is beneficial
