MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead to guide and mentor our development team, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high-quality coding standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on expertise in modern web technologies.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js (MERN stack).
• Experience with Next.js, Nest.js, or other modern frameworks.
• Good understanding of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers (4–6 members).
• Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support team members in troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹61,862.87 per month
