If you're excited to contribute to meaningful products and thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven team, we’d love to connect with you. 🌟 Role Overview: MERN Stack Developer (SDE 1) This is a full-time remote position for a Software Development Engineer 1 (SDE 1) focusing on the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack. You’ll be part of our early engineering team, helping to shape product architecture, implement features end-to-end, and work closely with design, product, and other developers. 🔧 Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate wireframes and ideas into robust code. Build secure RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend components. Optimize performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards. Debug production issues and implement fixes quickly and effectively. Stay updated with the latest trends in JavaScript and web development. 🧠 What We’re Looking For: Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals. 1–2 years of experience building applications using the MERN stack (or equivalent experience). Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills with good understanding of async patterns and ES6+ features. Familiarity with version control (Git), deployment processes, and CI/CD tools. Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code. Self-driven mindset, with the discipline to work effectively in a remote setup. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
