MERN Stack Developer - React.js/Node.js

Role Overview

• Design, develop, and implement modern web applications using MERN stack components.
• Build interactive, reusable front-end components with React.js and related libraries.
• Create efficient backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Work with MongoDB for data modeling and database operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and QA for seamless integration.
• Write modular, scalable code and actively participate in peer code reviews.
• Monitor and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.
• Follow agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and You Are (Requirements) :
• A graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development with MERN technologies.
• Strong command of JavaScript, React.js, Redux (or similar state management tools).
• Proficient in developing RESTful services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience working with MongoDB, Mongoose, and data-driven applications.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Self-driven with good communication and collaboration skills.
