Job Description

🧑‍💻 MERN Stack Developer (2–4 Years Experience)

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to building high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack along with good knowledge of deployment and modern frameworks like Next.js.

⭐ Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
  • Build reusable components and front-end interfaces with React.js / Next.js
  • Use Tailwind CSS for fast, responsive, and clean UI development
  • Integrate APIs, third-party services, and backend logic
  • Ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Work closely with the product and design teams
  • Manage deployments on AWS / Vercel or similar platforms
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance

⭐ Required Skills

  • 2–4 years of professional MERN stack development experience
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript (optional but preferred)
  • Experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, routing, API routes)
  • Solid knowledge of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and database design
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and application deployment
  • Basic understanding of DevOps concepts is a plus

⭐ Good To Have

  • Knowledge of sockets, microservices, or serverless functions
  • Understanding of responsive and performance-optimized UI
